Uniform Construction Code
January 9, 2004 Act 45 of 1999 and the Uniform Construction Code was adopted by the PA Department of Labor and Industry. Each Township within the Commonwealth was given until July 8, 2004 to enact a Township Ordinance to begin administration and enforcement of the Uniform Construction Code and the regulations associated with the Code. The Township has in place a Building Code Official and a Building Inspector.
